Hi everyone my name is Charity. I’ve been working as an ESL teacher at Easy on English for about 10 years now. My students call me Teacher Charity, however my co-teachers call me Chau as my nickname. I adore teaching kids and senior students. Many parents and students have expressed satisfaction in the manner I deliver classes.

So my label was actually an English conversation LIKE THE BASIC GRAMMAR, with the primary goal of getting the kids comfortable, confident and excited to actually speak English naturally and practically.

Being a teacher really isn’t the most stressful job that I have. Although it’s not always easy but for the most part, the majority of my days lesson planning and creating activities for the kids. Teaching in general is rewarding but teaching here and seeing the kids learn and watching them do some certain things that maybe some kids don’t do. I really enjoy that they get to develop their English skills and learn day by day.

At the end of the day, my goal teaching them was to kind of inspire them and motivate them to want to speak English and to want to travel the world someday and meet people from all around.

From 2015, I was promoted as an Operations Manager. Assisting and monitoring the teachers by day and teaching my students at night. The first year being part in the admin was a bit challenging one for me. I learned to prioritize things every day. I honestly think that working in this company made me a better person. As years went, I learned to discover and developed my potentials that I never thought could have done.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in education, majoring in English.
Teaching English is one of the things I enjoyed the most.
It gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and be able to know the culture of others.
English is a very interesting and useful language. But, it's sometimes difficult to comprehend.
But don't worry as an ESL teacher for 6 years and I've come across people with different levels of English communication skills. Some love the language and others don't like it that much.
But, one thing they have in common is their belief that speaking English well would be beneficial for them. I know English can be difficult and boring, but I will do my best to make it as enjoyable as possible.

Hi everyone! My name is Deni. I am from the Philippines. I studied a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the Davao Doctor's College, but then I pursued a career as an Online English teacher. I like Science but I like English more.

I have been teaching English as a Second Language to children and adults for many years now. I enjoy helping others get better at speaking, learning and knowing basic vocabulary, understanding of the grammar and structures of the language and pronunciation as well, especially to the non-native speakers. Almost every country around the globe speaks this language. English is the universal language when it comes to business, science, computer, and tourism plus English increases your chances of getting a good job in a multinational company within your home country or of finding work abroad.

Annyeong-haseyo! I am Teacher Shella. I took up Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication Major in Tri-Media. I have been teaching English as a Second Language (or ESL) for quite some now. I have undergone training and enhancement programs in handling ESL classes.

Hi! I am Teacher Lindsey. I took a Bachelor of Arts major in English language and literature.
I had experienced teaching English to Chinese, Taiwanese,Vietnamese, and Japanese students before,
and now I am teaching Koreans. I have been an ESL teacher for 10 years now.
I handle different types of students and so far I enjoy teaching all of them just
like I enjoy eating my favorite food and doing my hobbies such as learning new stuff , climbing
mountains, eating out and all the fun stuff on earth.

When I teach or train a student or any person or even a dog, I feel like I make the world a better place.
I feel like I am a help and not a burden in society. The feeling is just so nice when
you can impart the knowledge you have learned and it gives you motivation to even learn more or strive harder and smarter to help others better.

For my ESL students, I make the class fun for I know how hard it is to learn new things. I do not want them to be burdened with studying.
I want them to have fun while learning. So I help them bridge the gap in their speaking and help them to properly convey their thoughts and make themselves
understood by others. I teach them grammar by letting them use it without them even realizing it.
I give lots of activities to keep their motivations up. A teacher needs to walk extra mile for their students. Yes, it is very hard.
But it is so rewarding, especially when you see improvements. By doing all efforts to help them grow not just in knowledge
but also in values as well, you are already taking part of making the world a better place. And that is my philosophy in life;
MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE BY MAKING THE STUDENT'S WORLD BETTER FIRST THROUGH TEACHING.

But of course, a philosophy will never be possible without God. He is my core value. I do all things for his glory and honor.
