 She always goes to the class late. -> She always enters the class late.

=> Your sentence has a correct grammatical structure, but this has the correct usage/ expression.

 

-쓰레기가 바다에 떠다닌다.

 Trashes are floating in the ocean. -> Garbage is floating in the ocean.

=> Corrected : The sentence is corrected grammatically.
