Do you think the weather is going to fine? => Will the weather be favorable?

-주말 동안 비가 올 것이라고 들었습니다.

I heard the news that it will be rain over the weekend. or I heard it was going to rain over the weekend.

-월요일에 비가 내릴 거라는 걸 뉴스에서 봤습니다.

I saw the news that it will be rain on Monday. =>  I saw on the news that it will rain on Monday.
